With Ak Towers, we have made the lifestyle you dreamed becomes a reality. Ak Towers, one of the most important projects of Esenyurt, provides you with a brand-new living space.

On the 16th floor there is a pool with a view, a cafeteria, a terrace, billiards, table tennis, a sauna, spa center, and turkish bath.

There are 432 flats and 33 commercial units in our project consisting of one block. While there are 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and offices, the size of the apartments varies between 63 m2 and 126 m2.

Social facilities include indoor and outdoor parking, green spaces, 24-hour security, social facilities, sports and fitness room, sauna, walking areas and playground. Our site is located in Bagcilar.

The construction of our 7,500 m2 Origin Bakırköy project consisting of 2 Blocks Total 36 flats.

Our site is located in Zeytinburnu district and consists of A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, Platinum B1, Platinum B2 blocks and common areas. Each block has 20 floors and 80 apartments.

My Family Project; It is 14 storeys and is made of 3 blocks that provide the same comfort on each floor. Our houses were offered to our customers with 1+1 and 3+1 options.

Our project consists of 8 blocks and 451 flats and has a green area of 15000 m2. The total construction area of our project is 60929 m2 and 5000 m2 commercial block.

Due to the increasingly intense traffic, unhealthy conditions, narrow streets, transportation and similar problems in Istanbul, the aim was to get rid of multi-storey workplaces for modern working environments and to get independent workplaces.

The aim of achieving comfortable workplaces for modern working environments has been achieved.
